Home Checkups (Preventative Maintenance)
Just like a country doctor, we come to your home and help you from having your home deteriorate unknowingly. This service saves you money on costly repairs. When is that crack in the ceiling a roof issue? When is it a foundation issue? Let us help you diagnose the root of any home issue or concern so you know exactly what needs to be done. We can schedule regular check ups, or you can just call us out of the blue.
Home Monitoring
If you are going away for a while, either on business or pleasure, and you are concerned about the upkeep of your property while you are gone, we will actually "babysit" your house. Unlike a house sitter, we will just come by your house, make sure everything is secure and working properly, and if anything goes wrong that needs immediate attention, we will inform you immediately as well as take action so you can have peace of mind.

Don't have a clue on basic home maintenance, or even where to start? We can definitely help with that.
Contractor Negotiating
Are you a homeowner who doesn't know the first thing about how to deal with contractors? Are you an overwhelmed property owner with no time to research and communicate with a contractor? We'll help you with your home project or property repair job. We speak the contractor’s language. We are also qualified to check the work to make sure it‘s being completed to specification. You'll never have to worry about having a translator for your contractor-again.
Property Owner Liaison
As a handyman or contractor, sometimes you have too much on your plate to communicate with the property owners sufficiently. Wouldn't having someone who can examine a property and give you a detailed report of any issues in a contractor's language be a big help? That is where we come in. We communicate with the property owner to report what their requirements are; agree on a solution; then send you the details to formulate a plan of action for what the job requires. We act as a go-between to help you to get an upfront idea of the project's scope. This will help you get a head start on an estimate for the work to be done, which means you save time and stress with giving the customer an estimate.
